PUT YOUR SEATBELT ON!!!

One funny memory I have of hanging out with grandpa was on a day when I was driving him around town running errands. Probably on our way to see Jackie at Gormans. Anyhow, it was a nice hot summer day so we were enjoying some fresh air and driving with the windows down. We pull up to the stop light and end up sitting there for a minute to wait for the light to turn green. Seconds later a Bingham County Sheriff pulls up next to us. Now...after somewhat of a delayed reaction of the cop arriving...grandpa looks to the right to see the sheriff sitting there. Upon seeing this he yells "S%!$ Jaymee!!! It's the Sheriff!!! Put your seat belt on!!!" and proceeded to put his seat belt on in a dramatic fashion. Well let me remind you we had the windows down...yes that's right...the Sheriff also had his window down. He looked over at us and instantly started chuckling. But of course Grandpa continued to play it cool as if he had his seat belt on the whole time. Ha ha ha, it was great!
